Providing a foundation for the next generation of minorities to develop into prosperous and successful automotive dealers.

The NAMAD NextGen was created to emerging dealership leaders by connecting them with resources, people, and ideas. Our nation and our business communities are facing serious challenges. At the same time, technology and new thinking about networks are presenting unprecedented opportunities for social change, in order to take advantage of these opportunities and overcome these challenges, NAMAD created the NextGen.

NextGen inspired and engaged leaders who bring energy, creativity, and new perspectives to the sector. The younger, more tech-savvy and interested in become “influencers in the automobile industry.” Not just on their social media realms and dealerships, but also on Capitol Hill and in state legislatures.

NAMAD NextGen, which continues to evolve, offers various initiative to help on-the-rise dealers and managers become successful business leaders in their communities and get them engaged to their national trade association leadership.

Membership Criteria

NextGen is limited to individuals with a management position within current NAMAD member dealership; the member must be at least 21 years old. Member may also be the son or daughter of a current NAMAD member. NAMAD membership is on an annual basis (calendar year). Dues are invoiced every October for the upcoming membership year.
